Course Description: Unlocking energy savings starts with a strong foundation in auditing principles. In this interactive two-hour session, you will explore the essentials of energy audits, including industry standards, key procedures, and advanced analysis techniques that uncover opportunities for efficiency and improved building performance.
You’ll leave this session able to:
- Explain the purpose, scope, and key industry standards of energy audits.
- Differentiate among Level 1, 2, and 3 audits and apply effective planning methods.
- Assess Energy Efficiency Measures (EEMs) and Facility Improvement Measures (FIMs) for potential impact.
- Apply benchmarking and modeling techniques to prioritize energy-saving strategies.
*You’ll earn 0.2 CEUs for this course by attending the full session and passing the final quiz with a score of 70% or higher.
