Course Description: Program implementers take all types of measurements during a program cycle, but which ones actually matter? And which measurements are critical to determining program success? This course will explain how evaluators assess program results and make adjustments that affect bottom-line savings and your company’s profits. This course will provide real-world examples of “best practices” to ensure that your program will generate measurable and defensible savings that will stand up to the scrutiny of the fussiest evaluator.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify and summarize basic EM&V concepts.
  • Explain evaluation priorities and timing.
  • Compute Net-to-Gross for different program scenarios.

*Attendees must earn an 70% or higher on the final course test in order to earn 0.4 CEUs.
