Description: Latinos represent a growing share of the U.S. population and the energy workforce yet are often under-engaged or overlooked in program design, outreach, and professional development. In this informal listening session, Latino practitioners and allies will come together to talk about what they are seeing on the ground today: cultural dynamics, trust, competing priorities, and the realities their customers and neighbors are facing.
