The mission of the AESP Topic Committees is to catalyze ongoing discussion and contributions to specific topical issues in the demand side management profession. Topic Committees are integral to AESP and allow members to participate and contribute to AESP, working alongside other members who share similar interests or expertise.
Co-chairs have a leadership role within the Topic Committee and have specific responsibilities including ensuring the group fulfills its mission, collaborating with Topic Committee participants, coordinating with AESP and the board, procuring AESP content (e.g. webinars, articles, topic committee webpage), participating in calls and meetings and supporting AESP's conference and awards (e.g. abstract review).
We are searching for AESP Topic Committee members who are interested in serving as one of two Topic Committee Co-Chairs, beginning in January 2024, for a two-year term. In this role, you will have the chance to make decisions that impact your business and the industry at large.
