    Hello WIE, 
    It was fantastic to meet or see again so many amazing people in an honest and frank conversation. Often we get into a "small talk circle" of pleasantries and it was really fantastic to go beyond that with all of you. The more that we talk, the more we share, the more that we realize that we are less crazy and actually stronger than we think. 

    I will often realize in hindsight "did that just happen?" and the more that we share our stories, the more that we will be able to nip those instances in the bud instead of letting them continue, repeat, or just plain get under our skin.
