The Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP) is excited to announce a Call for 2025 Annual Conference Planning Committee Members! As we gear up for another impactful event, we are seeking passionate individuals like you to help shape the conference experience for our attendees.

Why Join the Planning Committee?

Participating in the Planning Committee offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the success of the AESP Annual Conference. By lending your expertise and insights, you will play a pivotal role in curating an agenda that addresses the most pressing issues and latest trends in the clean energy industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Review Abstracts: Committee members will be responsible for reviewing all submitted abstracts for the event, ensuring that the selected presentations align with the conference theme and objectives. (Please Note: Abstract review will take place in August 2024 and we estimate 10-15 hours for review over approximately four weeks.)
2. Attend Planning Event: Members are expected to attend a 1.5-day in-person planning event in Phoenix, AZ in September where ideas will be exchanged, agendas will be crafted, and strategies will be developed to ensure a seamless conference experience. (Please Note: Travel and hotel for this meeting will be at your own cost. However, to ensure your comfort and convenience, we will be providing meals on-site throughout the duration of the meeting.)
3. Commitment to Engagement: Committee members are encouraged to actively participate in discussions, share their perspectives, and collaborate with fellow members to create an engaging and informative conference agenda.
