AESP’s Veterans Energy Alliance (VEA) is committed to supporting the career development, education, and transition of military veterans into the energy sector. Our mission is to create an inclusive community where veterans can leverage their unique skills, experiences, and leadership qualities to thrive in energy-related careers. We aim to provide networking opportunities, mentorship, professional development, and educational resources to empower veterans and their spouses as they pursue meaningful careers within the energy services industry.

By fostering partnerships with industry leaders, educational institutions, and veteran-focused organizations, VEA seeks to bridge the gap between military service and civilian careers in energy. Our goal is to create a sustainable pipeline of talent, ensuring that veterans and their spouses have the tools and support needed to succeed and contribute to the evolving energy landscape.
